Please ensure that you have received an acceptance of abstract email before you logged in to submit your extended abstracts. Do check your spam box in case that the acceptance of abstract was forwarded there by your computer.

If you have not received any acceptance of abstract email by 19 April 2016, please contact the Paper Management Team at erizhj@nus.edu.sg.

You have the option to submit a full paper describing their work for inclusion in the conference proceedings. However, SET2016 recognizes this may not be possible for some individuals so we will allow an extended abstract (not more than 2 pages) in place of a full paper when needed. Whether you submit an extended abstract or a full paper, these will be included in the USB conference proceedings.

You can either choose to submit an extended abstract or a full paper.

To submit a extended abstract/full paper, please click for the paper template here.

The extended abstract or full paper must be submitted via the conference website before 5 May 2016 via the button below.

You are to use your registered userid and password used in the abstract submission for the extended abstract submission. Please contact the Paper Management Team at
erizhj@nus.edu.sg if you have problem logging in.

Please note that SET 2016 requires every accepted abstract to be linked to a conference registration by one of the paper authors. Registration details are updated at: http://set2016.chbe.nus.edu.sg/reg.html

Authors must register and pay their registration fees before or by 5 June 2016 in order for their abstracts to be included in the final conference programme.

The hotel accommodation details are available at: http://set2016.chbe.nus.edu.sg/hotel.html

Please book your accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

Please check the General Information page at http://set2016.chbe.nus.edu.sg/geninfo.html for other essential information, such as visa application. Apart from visitors from some countries, most foreigners coming into Singapore do not require visas for entry and may be given up to 30-day social visit passes upon their arrival in Singapore. However, it is best to consult your local consular office or travel agent for the latest information with regards to coming into Singapore. If you need an invitation letter, please email your name, organization and paper ID to eriys@nus.edu.sg. Please note that invitation letters will only be issued to those registered authors.
